How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 7-10 days for production plus shipping. Many items for sale are made on-demand and do not have a readily available inventory. If you have questions, please contact me before ordering.

I'm a local customer, can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! Contact me for arrangements to pick up or meet locally for your order.

Do items ship separately?

All items are shipped from one location and unless otherwise requested, your entire order will ship together. Additional shipping fees may apply for separate shipments.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled prior to shipping. Special or custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. While changes can typically be accommodated, they cannot be guaranteed. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding the status of your order & if any changes or cancellations need to be requested.

Can I exchange or return items?

Custom or special orders cannot be exchanged or returned, nor can items that are related to personal use or hygiene (such as the round scrubbies, face masks, headbands, etc.). If there is an issue with your order, please contact me directly. While exchanges & returns are not guaranteed, I am happy to discuss your concern and will do what I can to ensure your satisfaction.
